Returns & Refunds Policy

At MrThara Shop, every product is printed specifically for you once you place an order. Because of this custom nature, we have a strict policy to protect our business and your satisfaction.

1. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a product that is damaged, has a printing error, or is defective, we offer a 100% free replacement or a full refund. Please email us at mr.thara786@gmail.com with a clear photo of the item within 14 days of delivery.

2. Wrong Size or Color. Since each item is custom-printed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Please refer to our size charts before placing an order.

3. Packages Lost in Transit. If your tracking shows the item was never delivered, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will arrange a replacement.

4. How to Request a Refund. Do NOT send items back to the manufacturer's address on the package. Contact us at our email first for instructions.
